I have been very satisfied with all the caregivers they have sent. Assisting Hands keeps my loved one safe and and mainly takes care of them after rehab. I like the person they selected to be with my husband. I like that they will address all of my concerns. I appreciate that they are able to come up with solutions to any problems that might come up. They had great cooperation and timeliness with us.

It was excellent, they were a lot of help. They took care of feeding him, made sure he was comfortable, and bathed him. The caregiver is very kind to my loved one, and he takes really good care of him I can go out and do a few things for few hours. She is excellent and we do not know what we would do without her. We know when she is there that he is being taken care of.
They are very cooperative and I am fortunate to have a good caregiver from them as well. When she is not there they replace her easily with another caregiver. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. I know the in’s and out’s of the tablet system we use, PointCare. I know how to manipulate the time clock so it says I’m in visits longer than I actually am. But I have a conscious and I just can’t do that. BUT… I KNOW FOR A FACT… that two of our other cna’s are doing it. I’ve reported this to our BOM, PCM, and even the ED.
