They are very cooperative and I am fortunate to have a good caregiver from them as well. When she is not there they replace her easily with another caregiver. I am not fond of some of their practices. Assisting Hands assures I don't have to do any personal care and that alone makes life easier. I actually had the opportunity to speak to the woman who does the hiring and they hire people who would make them feel comfortable caring for their own mother.
